HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods HIIT will help you to burn more fat in less time.

Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water with you to class!

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours cancellation of any pre booked classes, this will allow another Diamond member on the waitlist a chance to workout.
