Our Stretch & Flex classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core a really good workout.

Classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy.

Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water with you to class!

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours cancellation of any pre booked classes, this will allow another Diamond member on the waitlist a chance to workout.
