Our ViPR fitness
classes aim to increase body strength and improve balance and flexibility
through a combination of strength and functional movement training.
A ViPR is a weighted tube which can be used in a variety
of ways including lifting, swinging, pressing, tilting and sliding.
Our ViPR workouts are made up of a range of ViPR weights and intensities making
it accessible for all fitness levels. Your instructor will guide you through a
series of exercises with different options to ensure progression.
Don’t
forget to bring a bottle of water with you to class!
Please
allow a minimum of 2 hours cancellation of any pre booked classes, this will allow
another Diamond member on the waitlist a chance to workout.
