& Tums class is suitable for all fitness levels.
This
class is a 30-minute class designed to help tone your legs, glutes and abs plus
help you get fitter.
Training
your core and lower body is a great way to improve muscle tone and maintain
good balance and stability.
Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water with you to
class!
Please allow a
minimum of 2 hours cancellation of any pre booked classes, this will allow
another Diamond member on the waitlist a chance to workout.
