Our Lift & Tone classes are fantastic for members who want to incorporate a variety of weights into a calorie blasting class with NO CARDIO!
This low impact class is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit!
This class combines a variety of weights such as barbells, dumbells, plates & kettlebells.
Lift and tone is a full body workout open to all abilities.
Please remember to bring a bottle of water with you.
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours cancellation to allow another Diamond member a chance to workout.
