Our Easy Fit classes are fantastic for new members, those with reduced mobility and members that prefer low impact classes.
This class combines a variety of aerobic moves, standing abdominal exercises, they also frequently incorporate dumbells, kettlebells and resistance bands!
This full body workout will have you hooked after your first class!
Please remember to bring a bottle of water with you.
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours cancellation to allow another Diamond member a chance to workout.
