Pole Fitness is a fun way to workout and
tone your body.
Every week you’ll
progress in a structured, safe way with a supportive group of members.
All abilities
welcome.
Our 60 minute classes have 3 members per
pole in every class with enhanced sanitation procedures.
Don’t forget
to bring a bottle of water with you to class!
We also recommend bringing shorts as well as leggings!
Please allow a
minimum of 2 hours cancellation of any pre booked classes, this will allow
another Diamond member on the waitlist a chance to workout.
